AUSSCHNITT Medienbeobachtung is a member of various national and international organisations. Through this network, we are continually in contact with communications practitioners from business, industry and the public sector as well as qualified communication specialists. At AUSSCHNITT Medienbeobachtung, we are dedicated to developing professional standards in all areas of PR and media evaluation.

The FIBEP was established about 50 years ago and is an international federation of media monitoring companies.

The AGSM was founded on April 3rd, 2008 in Berlin during the media conference re:publica. Its aim is to establish standards for research and surveying in the area of weblogs and other social software. Research will also be conducted on how blogs and other social media work. The BdP unites media spokespeople and communications professionals from businesses, associations, NGOs and politics. The organisation provides members with a platform to exchange ideas on all aspects of the industry. Holders of the BdP "Sprecher card" are entitled to a special discount from AUSSCHNITT Medienbeobachtung.

The German Public Relations Association (DPRG) is the professional association for all PR experts in Germany and was founded in 1958. The organisation primarily focuses on current issues and developments in public relations, such as the latest methodology used in PR evaluation or codes of professional conduct in public relations and standards in education and training. AUSSCHNITT Medienbeobachtung offers new DPRG members a special discount price on many services.

media.net berlinbrandenburg e.V. is the cross-sector business network for the media industry in the capital region. It connects renowned, internationally acclaimed businesses with young start-ups and with all media branches, from film to advertising. Over 250 businesses have already joined media.net. The network represents its members’ interests in politics, participates in the conception of terms and conditions, identifies the individual issues and needs of member companies, and offers information, advice, and support. AUSSCHNITT Medienbeobachtung and its subsidiary Hermes Medienbeobachtung are just two of about 53,000 medium-sized companies that have joined the Bundesverband mittelständische Wirtschaft (BVMW). Together with 40 affiliated specialist and trade associations, the BVMW represents a total of 150,000 small to medium-sized companies, which between them employ 4.3 million people.
